  Responsibilities: The Field Technician position delivers both tier I and II support to end users. The position includes troubleshooting network, VOIP, desktop and server related issues while providing support for internal projects.
  
  
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  
 
  - Regular follow up with users and management
 
  - Document and/or improve procedures relating to standards and policies
 
  - Responds to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically.
 
  - Diagnoses and resolves voice and data issues.
 
  - Processes, adds, changes, and moves phone requests.
 
  - Deploys and supports digital x-ray software and hardware.
 
  - Installs digital x-ray and IT equipment for remodeled and renovated offices
 
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 
  - Work in a collaborative team-oriented environment
 
  - Analytics, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed within are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
 
 
  
  Education and/or Experience:
  
 
  - Associates degree in Computer Science or related computer discipline, or equivalent
 
  - Minimum 1-year healthcare helpdesk support or related relevant experience
 
  - Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience
 
 
  
  Computer/Equipment Skills:
  
 
  - Experience in Microsoft enterprise environments
 
  - Knowledge of dental specific technology such as digital x-ray sensors, inter-oral cameras, etc.
 
  - Knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, such as printers and scanners
 
  - Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
