Our Wireless Sales Associate position is designed to increase Wireless and Digital Service sales inside of Target. Target is our client, and we're so happy to be partnering with them!

Sales:

• Driving sales productivity and customer satisfaction within Target Tech retail locations on various Wireless products, accessories and services to customers
• Engaging in side-by-side selling with retail associates
• Participating in in-store promotions, and coordinating with appropriate personnel.
• Participating in wireless sales events in Target locations.

Training:

• Maintaining sound knowledge of wireless products and services.
• Attending requested training sessions and conference calls.
• Reviewing new product and service offerings from Target.

Relationship Development:

• Establishing and managing critical relationships within Target Tech.
• Developing and managing positive business relationships with store management and employees.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Ability to pass background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.40 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Weekend availability

• Chicago, IL 60647: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
