Job Overview

This position is responsible for meeting hiring goals with talented and qualified candidates. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, facilitating offers and employment negotiations that provides the candidate with a pleasant experience. This is a full time opportunity with great pay and company provided benefits. This position is 100% remote. Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess top notch communication and people skills. Willing to learn new processes will be essential. two or more years in recruiting and/or healthcare industry is preferred. Organization skills along with being detailed oriented is required. This position requires a high proficiency in technology/computer applications.
