Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation Range: $22-$30/hr based on experience

What’s a typical day as a Talent Coordinator?
  • Review initial candidate applications and resumes
  • Prescreen candidates and possible light telephone screenings or follow-up
  • Primarily working for the General Education Department, but may also support the Business and STEM curriculums.
  • Working daily in the ATS System Workday
  • Engage with potential students directly
  • Heavily envolved in team meetings

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the following:
  • Experience with the ATS System Workday
  • Previous Higher Education experience
  • Familiar with the CRM Tool "Beamery" as an added plus
  • Important soft skills: flexibility, collaberation, mission driven, and ability to maintain composure
  • Strong communication skills is a MUST
