Job Description
Emeritus is seeking a Solutions Design Manager to join our Enterprise (B2B) team. Reporting to our Director of Solutions Design, this individual will work with the sales team across the USA, CAN, and EU from opportunity qualification through the close of sale, advising on high-level solution architecture, advising on educational best practices, and bringing in additional SME solutions architects where appropriate to scope and design learning pathways for a variety of different personas within our clients’ organizations. This individual does not need to have specific subject-matter expertise, but should be a generalist who can listen to client needs and consultatively advise on overall program design that will help our clients reach their learning outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 – $120,000 annually. Pay will be determined on several factors including but not limited to location, skills, experience and may vary from the range listed above.
