-Oversee/Execute all F.O.H. Operations
- Opening, Closing, Transition:
- Cleaning (Set Team Up For Success)
- Team Member Evaluations and Feedback
- Communicating daily goals in an understandable way
- Pathways (be a lifelong learner)
- Finding leaders passion areas
- Training champions (safety security, food safety, cleaning, waste, etc…)
-Financial Responsibility
- Organizing the safe & Money
- Holding Team Accountable for Overage and Shortage

Job Responsibilities
The Shift Leader will be in charge of the following but not limited to:
- GUEST EXPERIENCE: Creating a “WOW” for our guests.
- Ensure the Team is following CFA process/practices in ALL areas.
- Providing an experience that is ALWAYS FAST, but NEVER RUSHED.
- ACCOUNTABILITY: standing on truth in love with our team.
- Maintain SENSE OF URGENCY.
- Floating on shift, check to see each station is properly staffed and stuffed.
- Being proactive in anticipate the needs of the shift ( DT, BOH, Delivery)
- MAKE THE CALL: on shift adjustments to meet needs
- Resolve Team issues: A CARED for Team, will CARE for our Guests.
- Guest recovery using the (H.E.A.R.D.) model
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
