The Private Wealth (PW) Senior Lending Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with various Lending regulations, preparing and delivering loan disclosures, documenting loan status and decision terms, and collaborating with Credit Services and Relationship Managers.

• You will prepare and deliver all necessary regulatory disclosures for loan applications, review, monitor, validate, and reconcile all documentation submitted for accuracy on all PW loan applications throughout BOKF footprint.
• You will be responsible for escalation and ongoing communication and discussion of loan details with the Banking Manager, Private Wealth Banker, and Client Service Associate, which includes complexity, structure, regulatory requirements, and credit underwriting documentation to ensure compliance with Bank policies and federal regulations.
• You will work with the PW Lending Support Officers: Identify, develop, document, and recommend revision of department policies, operating procedures, and new programs to improve accuracy, improve compliance with lending regulations, and ensure internal work procedures are consistent with departmental and overall divisional goals and objectives.
• You will maintain accurate files for record retention for use in internal audits and regulatory exams, as well as acting as liaison, support, and initiating/completing corrective action measures based on testing/audit results.
• You will reconcile and process monthly invoices for various vendors, submits to Accounts Payable and approves for payment, assist other areas of Private Wealth Underwriting as required to insure external and internal customer needs are met, complete assigned projects and other duties as directed.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and 3-5 years of experience in a financial institution, or equivalent work related experience of 8-10 years.

• Extensive knowledge of consumer protection lending regulations, loan processes and policies, and bank systems
• Proven track record in managing complex projects, conflict resolution, decision making, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to take initiative, work independently and well under pressure in a fast paced environment to deliver multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written;
• Strong computer skills including, knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Advanced knowledge of Federal Consumer Laws and Compliance/Regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Reg V - Fair Credit Reporting Act
