Senior EAP Analyst Scheduler

We think. We act. We deliver. There is no challenge we can't turn into opportunity and our work depends on a Senior Emergency Action Planner (EAP) Analyst Scheduler at COMNAVSURPAC working from San Diego, Ca.
SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE EXPERIENCE IN:
- 5 years working with a Department of Defense Training programs.
- 5 years' experience with the operation and conduct of Afloat Training Tracking and scheduling personnel using a database system.
- 5 years conducting Navy Training and certification processes.
- The use of database applications to develop trending and training analysis.
- Conducting workshops and conducting meetings that identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities in relation to Unit-Level Training
- Tracking and managing certification and training schedules for Naval Surface Forces Units or like systems
- Qualified EOOW on at least two ships (any platform)
- 2 years as a Chief Engineer on a navy ship
- Navy Engineering management programs
- Writing and presenting Flag Level briefs to senior leadership
- Maintenance/training staff experience as an officer (e.g., Immediate Superior in Charge (ISIC), Type Commander (TYCOM), or Afloat Training Group.
- The use Microsoft Office Suite
KNOWLEDGE OF:
- The Surface Force Training and Readiness Manual (SFTRM)
- The certification process for the following mission areas: MOB-E, MOB-D, 3M, and FSO-M
- The Navy ship depot level maintenance processes
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS or BA Degree
- SECRET Clearance
- Twenty (20) years of Surface Navy experience
- Must have shipboard operational experience managing ships routine at a senior level. For example: Executive Officer or Chief Engineer
- Location: San Diego, CA

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $109,275 - $163,913, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
