Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Automation Solutions

Current Need:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who will play a key role in the Automation Solutions team helping to drive automation strategy, creating automation roadmap for Business units and track automation ideas from an initial concept all the way through deployment. This role will be responsible for managing the Ideation and funnel intake process for all Automation ideas and collaborate with engineering team to deliver these ideas as planned.

Position Description:
  • Drive Automation strategy, create product roadmap & guide new product ideas from an initial concept all the way to product launch
  • Partner with Business owners/SME(s), lead the product vision and strategic development process aligning with company objectives to include multi-year product roadmap development and periodic review processes
  • Build the business case for new or revised proposed Automation initiatives, including cost/benefit estimates, market trends, competitive and risk analysis, industry best practices and product development timelines.
  • Drives the business case for change via (financial/ROI) analysis to quantify & determine the value to the company of a current or potentially new system/application
  • Drive Automation ideation to launch efforts, including research, requirements definition, metrics analysis, and working with IT team to facilitate development, testing and launch efforts
  • Works with Automation domain architect to evangelize and mentor other technical delivery teams on how to add automation methods into the delivery for more efficient and optimized processes
  • Identify Automation and feature success metrics/business KPI’s, analyze performance on a daily/weekly basis and conduct data analytics to prioritize future development and identify new Automation opportunities
  • Develop Automation Ideation plan and collaborate with technical, creative, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate Automation deployments
  • Envision and define the future state of corporate process automation products and services, focusing on features that deliver real client value and drive client retention and adoption
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure on time and quality delivery of initiatives by managing bottlenecks, issues and risks, balancing the business needs versus technical constraints, and escalating issues and risks to drive solutions as necessary
  • Organize and maintain each BU’s respective opportunity and funnel through Ideation sessions
  • Act as expert lead, working alongside other resources to specify the best solution for any given opportunity
  • Experience working in Agile and traditional delivery
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and build partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop mutually beneficial relationship with selected technologies, leading vendors along an informed and well-defined roadmap to meet the transformation objectives

Job Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of Automation capabilities(RPA/IPA/AI/ML) and ability to apply the right capability to address problem statement
  • Passion and ability to learn new technologies quickly to drive and scale automation quickly
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions; complimented with ability to define a story, suggest a set of requirements and justify the prioritization of business objective
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
  • Ability to interpret business problem statements and develop a strategy and plan for addressing concern
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management counterparts to deliver products/services
  • Execution focused, owner mentality with willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executive

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+yrs of overall IT / Software Product Management experience along with automation solutions
  • 5+ years of hands-on intelligent automation experience is desired

Education: 5-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Graduate degree is desirable.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$117,200 - $195,400
