Senior Opto-Mechanical Engineer

• Sr Level mechanical engineer (10+ years experience)
• Free space optics (lens, optical waveguides, beam splitter)
• MEM display (desirable)Strong knowledge of both the ISO10110 and ASME Y14.5 standards.
• Design for manufacturing process knowledge such as milling, turning, injection molding, casting, diamond turning, lens grinding and polishing, and lithographic fabrication.
• Solid works mechanical CAD experience preferred, strong drawing creation skills.
• Familiarity with optical and mechanical inspection equipment and inspection plan creation.
• Familiarity with 3D rendering programs such as Solidworks Visualize, Keyshot, or others.
• Photonics Lasers experience highly desirable.
• Zemax knowledge highly desirable
