The Senior Project Superintendent will manage new construction for the General Contractor by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Our projects range from 50-100 units, wood frame over podium, 5 or less stories.

Qualifications:

• 5- 8+ years of Multi-family or hotel construction experience as a Superintendent
• Experience working as a framing or structural concrete Foreman or Supervisor
• Software experience with Procore
• Strong communication, administrative, and CPM skills
• Strong plan reading skills
