project manager, Training & Resources – GTA Programs! #tobeapartner
From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only
celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.
As a part of the newly formed Global Talent Acquisitions (GTA) Program Management Office (PMO), this project manager will manage recruitment training and resources efforts: projects and workstreams include establishing a new recruiter training program at scale, creating a system and mechanism that provides clear visibility to training needs, and launching new projects as they arise (e.g., audit requests, training requests, consultation).
As a project manager, Training & Resources, you will…
- Manage new and existing projects using the project management lifecycle and available Starbucks methodologies, provide formal project updates, and deliver on program outcomes defined by key stakeholders and GTA leaders.
- Design new rhythm of the business processes and procedures to deliver on continuous improvement and sustainment of GTA training and resources efforts.
We’d love to hear from people with:
- 3+ years project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications.
- 2 years managing complex large scale or multiple mid-sized projects.
- 3 years General business experience in large, matrixed organizations.
- 4 year degree preferred. PMP considered.
