TheRecruiting Manageris responsible for developing, influencing, and executing innovative Talent Acquisition strategies that will attract highly qualified candidates for Pratt Industries throughout the organization. Our recruiting manager will also be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the end to end hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Recruiter Duties And Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment responsible for head office and divisional field positions for Pratt Industries.
• Conduct intake meetings, determine appropriate recruiting strategies, set realistic timetables and expectations, and work closely with the hiring managers to ensure positions are filled quickly and efficiently.
• Communicate requisition status on a regular basis with hiring managers and senior leaders across the organization.
• Proven expertise sourcing passive and active talent using sourcing, social media, professional events, and other nontraditional techniques. Teach us a new way to get it done!
• Develop candidate pipelines and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates to proactively deliver on hiring needs of the organization as opportunities arise.
• Proven and effective talent identification and assessment skills.
• Proven success working in dynamic environments with competing priorities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in direct search and corporate recruitment experience along with sourcing and recruiting.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, drive for results, a sense of urgency, resourcefulness, excellent analytical and problem solving.
• Must live within driving distance of one of our hundreds of manufacturing locations across the US.
• Must have a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in a highly selective recruiting environment.
• Exceptional organization and planning skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
