REQUIREMENTS

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
• Check guests in and out through our booking software
• problem solve, manage timing and scheduling issues with grace
• Act as a hostess during all phases of a guests visit
• keep the salon clean and looking good

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills
• Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
• Ability to multitask without missing a beat!
