We also may acquire well-located residential properties that we believe present significant opportunities for capital appreciation, such as those requiring repositioning, renovation or redevelopment, and properties available at opportunistic prices from distressed or time constrained sellers.

We are vertically integrated and provide expert property management services for our portfolio and for select third party clients with properties located in our markets.

  • Assist in the proactive acquisition of real estate assets in the multifamily asset class.
  • Model cash flows and valuations of prospective purchases and assist in creating operating budgets for portfolio assets
  • Create PowerPoint presentations with data to assist in presenting reports and acquisition opportunities to our partners
  • Review and analyze business plans, loan documents, lease approvals, construction draws, leasing activity and monthly property operating performance
  • Underwrite and value real estate by building property level financial models and performing DCF and/or direct capitalization analysis.
  • Assist is preparation of Investment Committee memos and participate in deal presentations to senior management
  • Perform property level Due Diligence and market studies
  • Stay current on financial markets and competitive trends and use this expertise in the due diligence and evaluation process

Position Requirements:

  • BA or BS required in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting or Economics, or an area with real estate related coursework
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial analysis of commercial real estate investments and/or appraisal services
  • Excellent Excel skills preferred
  • Self-motivated, team oriented and strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills is essential
  • Must have good grasp of understanding the inputs and outputs of a property-level cash flow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
