The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Office of the Administrator is seeking Professional Management Support Services for multiple executive offices, including the Office of the Administrator; Office of the Executive Secretariat; Office of the Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Officer; the Office of Budget and Resource Management; and other bureaus and independent Offices throughout USAID. This position is onsite in Washington, DC at the Ronald Regan Building and International Trade Center.

We are seeking a Program Manager to provide project management and oversight of (30+) personnel assigned to perform required services in various functional areas. These areas include administrative and executive support, programmatic support, management support, technical services, executive transportation, and general task order management.

Other Program Manager responsibilities are to:

  • Oversee and manage complex programs and projects.

  • Supervise the project team and manage conflicts within different departments.

  • Plan and sets project goals and milestones and develop risk management strategies.

  • Define resources and schedules for the implementation of the program.

  • Clearly define requirements and sets targets accordingly.

  • Recognize areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementing the improvements.

  • Prepare and submit required reports on a timely basis.

Minimum Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience that includes five years in contract management or procurement involving duties such as soliciting, evaluating, negotiating and awarding contracts, and ensuring compliance with governmental procurement laws, regulations and conditions; plus an additional five years of experience in professional or paraprofessional contract management or procurement.

  • Previous experience working with US Agency for International Development.

  • Active Secret security clearance

  • US Citizenship
