Executive Assistant/Office Manager

The Company

Our primary activities include qualitative market research, business strategy support, and the development and execution of collaborative programming.

We also focus on community-level education in underrepresented populations. This work includes awareness and education of disease states and clinical trials.

Our clients span a variety of sectors, including:

  • Pharmaceuticals and Biotech
  • Public Health Organizations
  • Patient Advocacy
  • Contract Research Organizations (CROs)

The Position

We are seeking an Office Administrator with proven problem-solving, organizational and communication skills. This role has a broad range of responsibilities, including office management, administrative support and executive support. This position is part-time but may transition to full-time.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling
  • Arranging travel
  • Tracking expenses and receipts
  • HR support, including new staff onboarding
  • Maintaining written policies and procedures
  • Ordering office supplies

Qualified candidates must be proficient in:

  • QuickBooks
  • QuickBooks Time
  • MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • DocuSign
  • Constant Contact
  • Business communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship
  • Hybrid work environment: home/office (Princeton, NJ)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
