QLM is searching for a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment as a full-time Officer Administrator.

The Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the office Team, assisting with onboarding, collection of hourly employees’ timecards and payroll processing. Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.

Essential Functions:

  • Organize candidates’ data (i.e., resumes, assignments, and contact details) in internal databases.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (i.e., preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling training)
  • Perform background and reference checks.
  • Issue drug screenings.
  • E-Verify & I-9 Documents.
  • Manage workflow ensuring payroll transactions are processed both accurately and timely.
  • Performs a wide range of duties relative to creation, maintenance, processing and filing of personnel records, documents, and reports.
  • Ensures adherence to organizational policies, protocols, and operating procedures and other duties and projects as assigned

Preferred/Required:

  • High School education.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • Salesforce: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Staffing & Recruiting Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Multi-line phone systems: 2 years (Preferred)
