Responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and ensure manufacturability.
  • Design and develop machines, tools, and equipment to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement materials handling systems to optimize production flow.
  • Monitor and analyze production performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide technical support to production teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and implement assembly processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of product development, process development, machine design, equipment design, and tool design.
  • Experience in materials handling, cost analysis, assembly development, continuous improvement, and maintenance.
  • Proficient in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
