Role Overview

We are looking for:

  • A Contract Coordinator to manage the execution phase of all types of contractor activities
  • Someone who will prioritize Safety as their first priority for each job
  • A candidate who possesses advanced computer and organizational skills
  • Someone who has excellent communication and people skills to direct projects and provide training to contractors

We count on you for:

  • Managing contractor activities with Safety, Moral, Productivity, Cost and quality in mind
  • Ensuring contractors have site-specific training and qualifications for tasks
  • Performing Contractor work permit, including pre-job risk assessment and review of contractor JSA's
  • Directing and communicating company policies
  • Continuous active supervision and communication with contractors
  • Generating and processing work requests to assist in the planning and scheduling of contractor work
  • Reviewing and coordinating planned work packages from area planner to ensure sufficient detail in each work package
  • Ensuring schedule compliance and coordination with the maintenance scheduler and production supervision
  • Following up on all work at the end of the day for completion

You will bring:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A valid driver's license
  • 5 years of prior industrial work experience
  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus
  • SAP computer skills are preferred
  • A broad and diversified knowledge of mechanical and electrical tasks, including welding, pipefitting, millwright, electrical, and instrumentation skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills to direct projects and provide training to contractors

You will get:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $105,000 to $110,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
