Great Hours, 6 am to 2 pm (no late nights)!!! The Original Pancake House is now accepting applications and conducting live interviews on site for the position of Line Cook.
Cook Candidates Must Possess:

• Min. 1 year experience in a fast-paced and efficient breakfast dominated kitchen
• Experience using and maintaining all kitchen equipment and supplies
• Basic knowledge of weights, measurements, and volume for scratch cooking.
• The ability to read, comprehend and prepare recipes to spec following all steps and procedures to create the perfect product and maintain its integrity
• The ability to plate and present food to spec and hold the high standard of never letting a food item that is not prepared and presented perfectly leave the kitchen
• Awareness and ability to perform and adhere to all safety and sanitation standards required by the state and enforced by Management and Ownership
• A valid and current Food Handlers Card/Serve Safe Certification
• Must possess necessary documents providing the right to work in the U.S.
