JOB PURPOSE:Line Cooks (Noodle) are responsible for preparing, cooking and plating all of the noodle line items.
Line Cooks (Steamers) are responsible for steaming the dumplings for the guests, as well as helping support the dumpling team with preparing, assembling, and closing the dumplings.
Line Cooks (Wok) are responsible for preparing, cooking and plating all the wok line items.
JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR LINE COOK:We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated people who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Line Cook experience required
- Wok experience required for the Line Cook (Wok) position
- Open Availability
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
