Ray Catena Auto Group is looking for a qualified full-time IT support specialist. We provide daily support and managed services for several Automotive Dealerships throughout NJ and NY.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Friendly support-oriented demeanor and ability to work under pressure required.
• Extensive experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office preferred.
• TCP/IP networking experience preferred.
• Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows Server experience preferred.
• Prior job experience, certifications (A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft, etc.), and relevant educational background is a plus.
• Experience in or knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Level 1 and 2 support to troubleshoot hardware, software, security, and networking issues.
• Device repair, such as computer, printers, routers, switches, and VOIP and analog phones.
• Mobile device support (iOS and Android).
• Deployment of wireless, networking, and computer-related devices during construction and renovation projects.
• Assisting with long-term technological upgrade projects.

This position will primarily be based out of our Freehold/Marlboro, NJ locations. There will be some travel required to other facilities in Monmouth, Middlesex, and Union Counties. Normal work week will be Monday to Friday during our retail business hours, plus one or two Saturdays a month. Flexibility and availability in hours is required. The job includes full benefits after a probationary period.
