High school graduate or equivalent. Two years secretarial/administrative experience. Must have working knowledge of word processing, database and spreadsheet applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Dynacom. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to type at a rate of 40 wpm.

· A combined total of more than three (3) occurrences and/or lose outs (tardies)
· Any instances of absence without leave (AWOL)
· Any disciplinary actions
· Any valid customer complaints
· Employee has not successfully completed probationary period as a new hire
