Front Desk Receptionist (FT) job at Royal Dog Academy in Northridge, CA

Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our reception area as well as all our facility activities, including responding to calls, scheduling different types of reservations for dog training, doggy daycare, dog boarding, dog grooming services. Being a high-performing salesperson is going to be a very very big plus as your commissions will also directly depend on your ability to sell the services mentioned above.

Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Handle complaints and specific customer requests.
Troubleshoot emergencies.
Ensure proper mail/email distribution.
Monitor equipment stock and order supplies.
Ensure the company’s policies and security requirements are met.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and people skills.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Solid knowledge of Google Docs, and Google Calendar.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving skills.
Flexible in terms of scheduling.
Not afraid of dogs and must feel comfortable around big and small dogs!
