General duties of a Front Desk Associate include, but are not limited to:

Checking in boarding, daycare and grooming dogs using the KennelLink software. Accurately enter and verify vaccination records. Communicate with clients via phone, email and chat. Give pricing information and detailed answers to clientele inquiries. Complete and bill clients for services. Administer medications and conduct daily wellness checks on dogs. Do daily walk throughs of facility. Understand and have a knowledge about dogs and their behaviors. Be able to work in a fast paced environment with ability to multitask flawlessly.

Prior to working the front desk, associate will need to go through an express training as a kennel technician, dog park associate and bather.

Experience:

  • 1 year reception/customer service experience required
  • 1 year working with dogs required

Availability:

Job requires open availability, must be flexible. Working weekends and Holidays are a requirement!
