DIN TAI FUNG (Food Processing Facility)

LOCATION: 15323 Proctor Avenue, City of Industry, CA 91745 PAY RATE FOR FOOD PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR: $30.00 - $32.24/hour
WORK SCHEDULE: 9 AM - 7 PM

FOOD PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR POSITIONS:

• Soup Supervisor = $30 - $32.24/ hour
  • Soup Supervisors are responsible for overseeing and maintaining the quality of the Soup Department and the Ginger/Veggie Department operations. Soup Department Supervisors are expected to collaborate with Production Managers to ensure all Soup and Ginger Department tasks are performed to successful completion.

• Bun/Noodle Supervisor = $30 - $32.24/ hour
  • Bun & Noodle Supervisors are responsible for overseeing and maintaining the quality of the Bun/Dessert Department and the Noodle Department operations. Bun/noodle Department Supervisors are expected to collaborate with Production Managers to ensure all department tasks are performed to successful completion.

• Meat Supervisor = $30 - $32.24/ hour
  • The Meat Department Supervisors are responsible for overseeing and maintaining the quality of the Meat Department, Shrimp Department, and Tamales Department operations and employees. Meat Department Supervisors are expected to collaborate with Production Managers to ensure all Meat, Shrimp, and Tamales Department tasks are performed to successful completion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR FOOD PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR:We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated people who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Must have 1 year of supervisory experience
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Food Handler's Card
• Ability to efficiently operate in Microsoft Office Suite and Email
• Positive and professional attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and speed
