Description: Reporting to the SVP, Chief Stores Officer, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive level administrative support to (1) SVP, Chief Stores Officer; (2) VP Store Operations, Communications & Customer Experience; (3) SVP Digital & Customer Experience; and (4) VP Ecommerce & Technology Strategy.

This position requires problem-solving, forward thinking and need anticipation in the management, organization and overall support of daily tasks and responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Coordinating all travel arrangements, calendar, agendas, budgets, record keeping, expense management, expense review and correspondence.
Anticipating and responding to all administrative issues and providing resolutions to conflicts.
Reviewing, organizing, and prioritizing emails for appropriate and timely responses.
Understanding key dates and when deliverables are due to coordinate the schedule and address necessary meeting shifts; and providing feedback on the importance of meetings dates.
Drafts, revises, and publishes meeting agendas and recaps and project plans for meetings after receiving executive approval.
Project Management support to include: Creation and editing of presentations, meeting notes and status updates.
Conference room administration, setup/teardown and catering requests for team meetings.
Meeting and coordinating with EA and other partners regularly (weekly or as needed) to present and resolve calendar issues and finalize agendas.

Assist in planning and organizing any field leadership meetings.
Scheduling team meetings and touch bases with direct reports, the Lane Bryant Leadership Team, and Shared Services Partners.
Open/sort mail; forward to others when necessary.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in executive administrative positions supporting VPs/SVPs.
Experience within a specialty vertical retailing environment is strongly preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to keep multiple priorities on-focus and moving forward in order to help meet deadlines.
Strong computer skills with emphasis on MS Windows, Outlook, Word, Power Point, and experience using Calendar/Group Scheduling functions daily.
Product life-cycle calendaring experience in an apparel industry a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills: To coordinate information from multiple sources in an efficient manner and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions.
Accurate and detail oriented.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Proven reputation of honesty and accuracy.
Sense of urgency; ability to manage frequent/constant changes in a fast-paced environment.
Clear and concise communication skills, verbal and written.
Proven ability to work with a diverse group of individuals, and within and across teams.
