This Emergency Room Night Shift Supervisor will be given the chance to join a state-of-the-art 25 patient bed Critical Access Hospital. As the Emergency Room Night Shift Supervisor, this motivated nursing leader will have oversight of the Emergency Department patient beds, Triage, Intake, Fast Tracks, and Clinical Decision Unit and will report directly to the Emergency Services Nurse Director. This is a busy Emergency Department that is seeking a skilled Night Shift Supervisor to assist with performance improvement initiatives that will increase throughput and “Door to Doc” time. The Emergency Room Night Shift Supervisor will also be responsible for providing leadership to a highly skilled team of full-time healthcare professionals consisting of supervisors, charge nurses, Certified Emergency Nurses (CENs), and other healthcare professionals.
