PAY RANGE FOR DUMPLING PREP: $22.50 - $23.71/hour

JOB PURPOSE:Dumpling Preps are responsible for preparing, assembling, closing and steaming the dumplings for the guest. Dumpling preps work from a show kitchen and thus must maintain a clean, groomed and professional appearance.
