We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DOCSIS Business Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for DOCSIS 4.0 cable modem network projects. You will be responsible for identifying technical solutions that meet business needs, designing & documenting technical specifications, and working closely with the engineering & operations team to ensure successful project delivery. You will work closely with the engineering team to optimize the network's performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, goals, and metrics for DOCSIS 4.0.
• Analyze network performance, identify issues, and develop solutions to improve reliability, availability, and performance
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and test new DOCSIS 4.0 products and services
• Communicate technical information to stakeholders, including executive leadership, to inform decision-making
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of network improvements and new products
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders, including product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams
• Analyze requirements to identify technical solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices
• Develop technical specifications for DOCSIS 4.0 cable modem network projects, including network design, hardware, and software requirements
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to DOCSIS 4.0 cable modem networks

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in cable modem network analysis and optimization, preferably with DOCSIS 3.1
• Strong understanding of DOCSIS 4.0 design principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry standards
