Bar Envie, a fast-paced bar and lounge located in Long Beach, is seeking an experienced Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food prep and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using the dishwashing machine and three-compartment sink.
- Ensure that all dishes, glasses, and utensils are clean and sanitized before putting them away.
- Assist with food prep as needed, such as cutting vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients.
- Keep the kitchen and dishwashing areas clean and organized.
- Adhere to proper sanitation and food safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher and/or prep cook is required.
- Knowledge of food prep techniques and safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
