We are looking for excellent nighttime leaders to add to our team and help us live up to Chick-fil-A’s reputation for excellence. Candidates should have prior leadership experience, a great attitude, and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Requirements:
Have at least 6 months of prior leadership experience
Availability from at least 2PM until 11PM or later
Willing and able to become proficient at all Chick-fil-A team member roles within 90 days
Willing and able to quickly adapt to Chick-fil-A’s vision and values
Leads team members with Chick-fil-A’s vision and values in mind
Work in a position on shift alongside team members while leading team
Able to lead teams of up to 30 people
Consistently able to coach, correct, and encourage team members
Capable of implementing the vision of the director team and sharing it with team members
Ensures team members are working in a safe environment always
Ensures team members receive breaks according to schedule
Prioritizes the needs of team members over personal wants
Excellent communication skills
Displays servant leadership
Displays a positive attitude always
Takes ownership of every situation
Committed to personal development and growth at work and away from work
Fair and impartial to all team members
