Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our Client Experience Team at Juvly Aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality work, deliverable metrics, and excellent customer service. This role will be involved with multiple client-facing channels to enhance the overall client experience and drive client success. The ideal candidate will have client-facing experience in verbal, written, and visual communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
  • Maintain strong clinical knowledge of the industry and services offered by Juvly Aesthetics
  • Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure clients receive the best possible service
  • Ensure quality assurance by addressing client issues and providing effective solutions
  • Use data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth within the Client Experience
  • Internal and External Communications
  • Communications organization: Social Media Communications & Content Creation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to address client concerns effectively and professionally
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in data organization and optimization, with an understanding of key metrics and their impact on business performance
  • Experience in quality assurance and de-escalation
  • Familiarity with CRM management and organization, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information
  • Proficiency in Social Media Organization & Content Creation.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Exhibit flexibility and an adaptive mindset in order to respond effectively to changing business needs
