Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our Client Experience Team at Juvly Aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality work, deliverable metrics, and excellent customer service. This role will be involved with multiple client-facing channels to enhance the overall client experience and drive client success. The ideal candidate will have client-facing experience in verbal, written, and visual communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
- Maintain strong clinical knowledge of the industry and services offered by Juvly Aesthetics
- Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure clients receive the best possible service
- Ensure quality assurance by addressing client issues and providing effective solutions
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth within the Client Experience
- Internal and External Communications
- Communications organization: Social Media Communications & Content Creation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and empathy
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to address client concerns effectively and professionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in data organization and optimization, with an understanding of key metrics and their impact on business performance
- Experience in quality assurance and de-escalation
- Familiarity with CRM management and organization, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information
- Proficiency in Social Media Organization & Content Creation.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Exhibit flexibility and an adaptive mindset in order to respond effectively to changing business needs
