As a member of our Cold Chain team, you will work in our 1,000 square foot freezer completing inventory management, pick/pack, and storage putaways. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Pulls items utilizing rolling pick cart using RF scanner; moves merchandise to packing station, packs freezer items in coolers for shipment.
• Follows proper packing SOP’s maintaining compliance with all procedures.
• Ensures all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately.
• Load shipments on conveyor that goes to shipping dock.
• Performs putaway of received goods.
• Maintains inventory accuracy through daily bin verifications.
• Clean and organize area daily to standard.
• Assists with refrigerated picks during off-peak hours.
• Works in a safe manner and identifies and corrects safety defects immediately.

Minimum Requirements:

• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.

Job Requirements:

• Position includes standing and walking in a warehouse environment.

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, some areas may be loud.
• Keep cold areas clean, neat, and organized.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -15 Fahrenheit in cold storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear for various intervals throughout the day.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$16.78 - $27.96
