Job Details
-

• Set up and operate CNC machines including Lathes & Mills.
• Edit and modify programs during manufacturing process.
• Improve and adapt tooling to fully utilize all functions.
• Use measurement tools & instruments to perform inspections.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on machines.
• Execute work from blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Run various shop equipment such as presses, bands, saws, and more.
• Knowledge of practical shop math and GD&T.

OR

• Set up, adjust, and run manual machines to manufacture parts.
• Machine parts to specs using manual machines such as lathes, mills, presses, saws, and more.
• Inspect parts & calculate dimensions/tolerances using measurement tools.
• Check and measure parts for defects.
• Maintain machine tools and workspace in proper operational condition.
• Execute work from blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Diagnose breakdowns and issues on manual machines.
