The Chief Executive Officer CEO will be joining a tight-knit, non-profit hospital that has provided unparalleled healthcare to its community for over 50 years. This 20-patient bed, short-term acute care hospital is home to a number of inpatient and outpatient services such as a 24/7 Emergency Department, Cancer Care, Surgical Services, Infusion Services, and Women’s Services just to name a few. The Chief Executive Officer will be the designated Executive responsible for providing leadership and direction throughout the 20-patient bed hospital as well as two additional clinics. In this role, the CEO will collaborate effectively with members of the board, administration, and implement the strategic plans that align with the hospital’s mission of delivering exceptional healthcare.
The Chief Executive Officer will be welcomed by a welcoming and tight-knit group of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities of this skilled CEO include[provider relations and recruitment, strategic planning, creation and execution of contracts, public relations and general facility over site all while leading with the goals and policies outlined by this reputable Critical Access Hospital. A Chief Executive Officer with prior leadership experience in the Critical Access Hospital CAH setting in addition to a healthcare / business related education degree will make for quick interviews!
