Naztec Staffing is seeking a New Business Development Specialist (IN THE STAFFING/RECRUITING INDUSTRY) to become an integral part of our team! Start Date: Immediate

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida Office (On-Site)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. -6:00 p.m.

Salary - 55K - 70K base plus commission - Negotiable

Requirements:

· 3+ years related sales experience in Staffing/Recruiting (Skilled Labor)

· Sales experience in one or more blue collar vertical markets

· Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages.

· Self-motivated with the ability to deliver on stretch targets

· Ability to identify and delivery on key business priorities

· Strong on execution with a level of ownership and accountability

· Strong communication skills and the gift of persuasion.

· Ensures all channels of communication are leveraged to drive seamless results and to build strong relationships – both internally and externally

· Proficient in using MS Office, Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
