Tiger sugar is an international dessert chain brand originated in Taiwan.
Our intention is to let the world taste the best flavor of Taiwan boba pearl milk through taste and vision.

We're looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team.

The candidate need to have a strong knowledge of our products and will serve as the first point of contact for customers.

Qualifications:

Barista Responsibilies:

• Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
• Making quality beverages
• Take the cash register orders
• Cleaning and stocking the store
• Baristas must do all of these tasks quickly and efficiently while also making sure to form good customer relationships.
• Be able to work in fast-paced environment

Kitchen staff:

• Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
• Maintain kitchen overall cleanliness at all times
• Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation work stations.
• Assist in the food preparation process by cooking boba,pearl, and other ingredients.
• Follow all food health and safety requirements.
• Be able to work in fast-paced environment

Shift lead Responsibilities:

• Highly responsible and with positive working attitude.
• Offer excellent customer service for customers that come to our store.
• Train barista trainee; ensure the smooth running of shifts and store operations.
• Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
• Ensure that store atmosphere and interior are well maintained at all times.
• Monitor baristas to make good quality beverages at all times
• Be able to work in fast-paced environment

Salary is tips included ($12-$16)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
