Position Overview
The Brewberry Cafe in Anaheim (Near Disneyland) is looking for a barista/server who ensures company standards and maintains and complies with policies and procedures. Upholds and executes the vision and mission of Our Cafe and assist others in doing the same.
Experience
- At least one year of experience with similar cafe shops is a must
Essential Job Functions
- Cash Handling (drawer balancing, safe deposits, etc.) is accountable for funds
- Is the "role-model" for outstanding customer service and overall Associate standards
- Assist in training, coaching and development of newly hired Associates
- Ensures cleanliness, health and safety standards are maintained at all times (Clean and sanitized work area)
- Assist in unloading and stocking merchandise
- Other job-related activities as requested by the store manager

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
