A la Carte & Banquet Servers

Your primary purpose of the job is to provide a dining experience that exceeds Members' expectations with a professional and courteous manner. Processes guest orders to ensure all food and beverage items are prepared properly and on a timely basis. Observes guests to ensure satisfaction with the food and service, anticipate and respond to additional requests and needs, and determine when the meal has been completed.

$17 hourly

• Must be able to demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.
• Be familiar with and follow all Club policies and procedures that are relevant to your position.
• Maintain Front of the House service areas in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs and work in a standing position for a long period of time.
• Practice high standards of punctuality, attendance, attitude, and hygiene.
• Create a friendling and welcoming atmosphere for Members and their guests by working with a positive attitude.
• Provides immediate attention to all Members and guests upon seating and adheres to the sequence of service.
• Communicates with fellow employees to increase the level of service.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
• Inform Expeditor of any special request or cooking instructions, using the POS modifiers as much as possible.
• Immediately brings any potential problem or issue to the Manager on Duty.
• Delivers food, checking to make sure that all items are exactly the way you ordered.
• Does a 2-minute check back to ensure everyone is happy and having a wonderful dining experience.
• Performs clean-up and set-up duties assigned to them by a supervisor.
• Ability to work late nights to those big Club Events or private Member events.
• Works closely with the Events Coordinator on event details, before, during and after the event.
• Attends pre-shift dining and event meetings to improve communication and develop an understanding of the day-to-day operations and details.
