Founded in 1989 they have extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation and transactional matters. With offices in Irvine, Los Angeles and San Francisco they represent clients all over the state and even some international ones. Some of the practice areas they do are business and commercial, construction, employment, environmental, general liability, premises and product liability, insurance defense, and toxic tort.

Job Details

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in civil ligation
• Experience with toxic tort and/or product liability defense
• Experience conducting discovery, taking dispositions, preparing motions and trail preparation
• Trail or mediation experience is preferred but not necessary
• CA Bar License
