Our Workforce and Education Area Coordinator is a supervisory staff member who works closely with our Senior Operations Manager to supervise and support program staff. Incumbents will; support program staff with youth and young adult caseload staffing, performance management, trauma informed best practices, and a holistic approach. They will lead staff who provide vocational, personal and family coaching, assist clients with identifying and developing skills, access resources through web-based programs, determine eligibility, write training plans, facilitate workshops, recruit clients and community partners, track participation and outcomes, and make referrals to other staff and partner agencies.

Clients receive services in a variety of ways; primarily in person. Candidates should possess the flexibility and technical capabilities to function in a remote work environment as needed.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, education, social sciences or related field, supervisory experience, plus at least one year experience in vocational counseling or advising, adult education or job training required; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Valid driver's license, maintain minimum liability auto insurance and insurable driving record to operate vehicle on agency business.

Will be required to pass a comprehensive background check.
