Key Account Manager IT (100% Remote)
Studies in: Systems Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Bachelor of International Business.
Essential experience in: Account Manager - IT Industry
Experience:
Selling software implementation projects and consulting services.
Attract, manage and retain customers in some of these industries: Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Pharma, Banking, or Finance.
Experience working with corporate and enterprise customers (C-Level contacts) to create relationships, identify projects, create value propositions, participate in RFP processes, and close deals.
Experience managing IT buying process
Experience selling nearshore service delivery model (Desirable)
Main activities of the position:
Prospect new clients and manage existing accounts to grow.
Creation of value propositions based on Customer-Centric Selling methodology.
Sales presentations and Software platforms demonstrations.
Creation and identification of business cases.
Account growth.
Negotiation skills.
Business Closure.
