839 Assembler Level 1, Orlando, FL (No Clearance)

DESCRIPTION
Person assuming this position will be performing electrical and mechanical assembly operations to detailed work processes on critical military sub-assemblies and systems.

Work Schedule: 4X10A FLEX- 4 10 hr. days Mon-Thurs; Fr/Sa/Sun off or Tues-Friday; Sa/Sun/Mo off

Work Shift:

Start time at 4:00PM

10-hour workday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch

End time at 2:30 AM

Classroom Training and OJT training in the production environment will be conducted on 1st shift. First shift hours are 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. This could extend as long as the first 10-12 weeks of employment. Then the employee would move to second shift.

MANDATORY

· Candidate must be a US Citizen Must pass background check

· Must have the ability to follow detailed written instructions in the performance of electrical, optical, and mechanical assembly operations that include solder, harness and cable, mechanical assembly of chassis, line replaceable units and systems level assembly.

· Basic understanding of Soldering

· Must have the ability to pass the solder, harness and cable certification course provided by the company.

· All certifications and works instructions are in English.

· Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English is required.

· Basic computer navigation skills required to navigate work instruction portal.

DESIRED

· Previous solder certification or experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
